    We stand by our digital manuals. You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • You did not receive your download: The link didn't arrive, and we couldn't provide a working link within 24 hours.

  • The file is defective: The manual is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we cannot replace it.

  • Accidental duplicate: You purchased the exact same manual twice by mistake.

  1. Orders Not Yet Downloaded

    If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

    Exceptions: Because digital files cannot be physically "returned," we cannot offer refunds solely for a change of mind if you have already successfully downloaded a complete, working manual that matches its description.

For EU Customers: By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.
